Well, first up was a consumer panel of 5 people who have bought and/or sold recently. Enlightening that with all the technology that there are still much information that consuners do NOT know about the real estate process and the lack of communication. Also, that most do not think much past the transaction as far as the realtor goes and that a strong business relationship with that realtor is not important.
