Today's Open House
Well, I must say that I had the feeling that, although the sun is shining, that with the cold wind blowing, my open house today would be quiet. I grabbed an extra large coffee, put out my signs and flipped on the lights. 20 minutes into the open house, I realized that I was WRONG as the door swung out again and again! I was so impressed with the activity, that the 2 hours just flew by. If anyone who attended this open house on Hattie court is reading this, I wish to personally thank each of you for visiting the property and chatting with me. It was a delightful afternoon.
One thing about open houses, when conducted in a friendly manner, conversation with each visitor is greatly enhanced. We have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, with diffenent views and ambitions, different life situations and values. We also have the time to advice and provide professional advise to these people...and this advise is welcomed! How great is that!
So, although my extra large coffee went cold...I was warmed by the smiling faces of my visitors. I do hope that my next planned open house is as welcoming...
