Open Houses
Wow, I have to post that this past weekend's open houses were extremely active. I want to thank all who have fought the winter weather on Saturday to come view my listing in Sutton and to those who decided to view me on Keswick on Sunday when the weather was simply awesome. I do hope that everyone received the information they seeked and found the trip worthwhile.
It appears that buyers are doing the open house tours as opposed to calling and booking individual appointments. Is there a new trend to real estate sales?
