Why the Hesitation?
While getting ready to head into work this morning with thoughts of my appointments and the 'to do' list running through my head, questions started popping in my head: Where is everyone? Why are there not so many anxious buyers and sellers out there? I mean, the rates are great, we are certainly on an upswing (although slowly) according to market experts we are heading into better times, and the dreaded HST is still months away. So, why are people hesitating? Like many buyers who decided to 'wait for the big crash to buy' really missed the opportunity...so the same will apply if consumers wait for the bit 'yeh, we are back in full-swing' because it'll be too late for the bargains...not to mention the added costs to buying/selling when the HST comes into the picture.
Is it only me feeling this deep breath, or are they all really just 'waiting'...and why?
