Real Estate evaluation of your home is not 'rocket' science. However, it does take knowledge of the recent past and current real estate markets, along with an understanding of costs/values of upgrades, reasons for the evaluation and some common sense. This is one area of real estate that I do NOT take lightly. To provide a more detailed Comparative Market Analysis, we would be more than happy to also assess your listing in person.
